Payfor is a payment platform that allows customers to buy now and pay later in interest-free instalments. Payfor makes shopping more rewarding by empowering people with the flexibility and freedom to get what they want by using their Credit cards, Debit cards, Mobile wallets and cash on delivery options.
You can create an account and start using PayFor right away. Or simply choose to pay with PayFor at checkout when shopping with a PayFor partner merchants, and a PayFor account will be automatically created for you. You might be asked your ID number when you register with PayFor. It helps us verify that it's really you who's signing up, and not someone else. Rest assured, we keep all your information safe and secure.
Steps
1. Fill your cart, then select to pay through PayFor at checkout.
2. Check your mobile number and email, then select Sign up with PayFor.
3. Enter the verification code you receive on your mobile via SMS and Email.
4. You will get a success purchase message.
5. You now have a PayFor account! and you can make & check payments on PayFor app.
Select PayFor on checkout at one of our partner merchants and we split your total purchase into three equal instalments. The first instalment (33%) is processed immediately and the merchant ships your purchase to you as normal, so you can enjoy now and pay later.
The remaining two instalments are due every month thereafter. Absolutely zero fees are charged as long as all repayments are processed successfully on time. So, in short, at the end of the two months you only pay for what you ordered!
To use PayFor, you must be over 18 years old and have a valid ID Card and mobile number
As long as you, you are making payments on time, we do not charge any additional fees.
When you use your debit or credit card to shop with PayFor, your payments are automatically charged based on a payment schedule shown at the time of purchase. Once you’ve successfully made a purchase with PayFor, you will receive an email with your payment schedule for your reference. We’ll also send you reminders of upcoming payments.
Here’s what we recommend you to try to make a successful payment:
• Make sure that you have sufficient funds.
• Make sure that you entered all card information correctly.
• Try again with another card.
After receiving your order, we'll let you know by email and SMS notifications when your payment is due. You can also see all your upcoming due payments in your PayFor account.
Yes, if you paid by a credit card (Visa / MasterCard), you will be auto charged a payment when it's due.
PayFor currently accepts Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards.
If you would like to use a new payment method for a new purchase, then simply select PayFor on checkout at one of our partner retailers and when asked for the payment method you can upload a new payment method.
Otherwise in the customer dashboard under the profile section, you can view all the payment methods you have entered. Here you can add new payment method.

Please note that you will not be able to delete a payment method if it has an ongoing instalment being processed on it – to delete this card you will need to either prepay the amount or change the payment method on that instalment.
In the customer dashboard under the purchases section, select the instalment for which you would like to change payment method. Click on view details and just underneath you will see the payment method. Click on edit and select which payment method you would like to change to, or add a new payment method altogether.
If you would like to return or cancel your order, please contact the merchant where you made your purchase directly. Your payment, if any, will still go through unless the store informs us otherwise.
To note, any payments made to PayFor will be directly refunded to your card in 14 working days once the store accepts your return.
If you haven’t received your order, kindly do the following and we’ll adjust your account to ensure that you won’t need to make any payments until the issue is resolved.

Use the tracking number provided by the store for updates on your order’s estimated delivery date.
2. Contact store
If no shipping information is available or your delivery is delayed, please contact the store directly.
3. Let us know you haven’t received your order through our helpline.
All refunds will be issued according to the merchant policy for returns and cancellations. Once the merchant has registered your return or cancellation with PayFor, your refund will be processed.
The payment will be refunded to the originally used card which takes up to 10 days and 14 working days.
We call this a partial refund, and we have your back. Once you return the items to the merchant the retailer will either issue you an exchanged item or payment refund. Either way, the retailer will notify us of the refund, and we will automatically update the instalment plan by deducting the refunded amount from the third instalment in reverse. If the refund amount exceeds the total due, then we will refund you the outstanding balance to the payment method linked to that instalment. Otherwise, your upcoming payments will continue to be collected until the remaining balance is paid off.
